The room was oversized, which provided ample space for our group. the cleanliness was concerning; the carpet was filthy and had stains throughout. The bed sagged in the middle, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Noise levels were troubling, with thin walls allowing conversations and TV sounds from adjacent rooms. The temperature control was effective, maintaining a pleasant environment. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and amenities like the coffee maker and fridge, though the whirlpool's cleanliness was disappointing. the comfort of the room could use significant improvement.

I enjoyed the beautiful design of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms, with ample towels and all major network stations.

The rooms were relaxing and updated with smoke detectors for our safety.

Just a good pick for a flying visit in Milwaukee with attractive and competitive value for money. The pool was very large.

The elevator was so far from our room that my husband with his knee issues struggled. Plus, there were only two luggage carts for the entire hotel, making checkout a real hassle.

Excellent swimming pool and reasonable and unbeatable location short walk to the airport and the very nice breakfast, the Aviator bar/restaurant and the outlet. Well-kept and tastefully decorated unit with comfy beds.

My room was large and newly decorated thanks to the efficient staff. The room I booked was well kept and clean and available with Wi-Fi and fresh towels, for instance. Everything was perfect, including a delicious breakfast choice. The stay was absolutely wonderful.

The staff demonstrated commendable dedication. A housekeeper went above and beyond to help me with my luggage. The kindness shown by the front desk was consistent, and the breakfast staff were genuinely kind. the shuttle service was unreliable, causing frustration after waiting for 40 minutes with no resolution. Room service was nonexistent for my entire stay, a huge disappointment. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, with visible neglect evident. There were also safety concerns with outside loitering. While the pool was nice, overall maintenance and communication need significant improvement. This hotel holds potential but needs to address its shortcomings decisively.

Clean and recently remodeled, this hotel had a beautiful pool and outstanding staff. Lexi and Heather went above and beyond, offering smiles and help throughout my stay. The housekeeper who assisted me with my luggage truly impressed me, showing remarkable kindness. the shuttle service was unreliable, leaving me stranded at the Amtrak stop. The breakfast options were limited, with some quality issues like empty coffee pots and a stale buffet. Despite some hiccups, the staff’s effort made a difference, but consistency is key to making this an ideal stay.

It was all right. But they only slept there and thus I cannot say anything about the further equipment or the breakfast.
